Significant reduction in chip accumulation on the bottom of the clean tank! A case where clogging of the cleaning nozzle was improved.
The equipment manager at an automotive parts manufacturer faced the challenge of "having issues with the drum filter of the chip conveyor, and is looking for a filter to replace the mesh filter and punching filter." In response, we recommended the "Fine Wedge," which has a triangular cross-section that is less prone to clogging and has a high backwash effect. After testing and implementation, the accumulation of chips at the bottom of the clean tank significantly decreased, preventing the loss of chips and improving the clogging of the cleaning nozzles. Additionally, due to its superior strength and resistance to tearing, it eliminated the need for replacement work, resulting in reduced running costs.
